I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room had an amazing ocean view. The condition of the room and hotel were near perfection. The water pressure was acceptable even if slightly low.

The breakfast offered a lot of food choices and the premium lounge breakfast was superb. There was a luxurious Japanese restaurant on the rooftop and it was a magical experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety.

The rooms feature clean conditions and comfortable accommodations. I noticed my junior suite had a partial sea view from the balcony. It included a very large bathtub and the immense suite provided a amazing view.

The room size was good. I had a Two-Bedroom Apartment Balcony Sea View Afternoon Tea. I found spa facilities and prices to be good. There was a wide variety of choices at breakfast.
I experienced a moldy smell in my room. The air conditioner was positioned badly. It blew directly onto the bed, and I had to turn it off.

The rooftop pool area offered very nice seaside views. I enjoyed a varied breakfast each morning, with plenty of local Vietnamese dishes available. The room rate seemed reasonable for the beachfront location.
Finding a Grab car sometimes proved challenging, because of the distance from central tourist spots.
